Booking Timeline

• Bookings can be made up to 12 months before the trip commencement date.
• Bookings must be completed at least 1 day before the trip commencement date, subject to resource availability.

How to Book

• You can book through our website at www.ravintours.com or by contacting our Operations Team.
• An initial deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the amount depending on the services selected.

Payment Terms

• Advance payments can be made via Bank Transfer, PhonePe, or GPay. Transaction charges may apply.
• Services such as flight or train tickets require 100% advance payment, while hotel bookings may require 50%-100% payment, depending on the hotel policy.
• Full payment must be completed before the trip ends. Ravintours reserves the right to request the remaining balance at any point during the trip.
• Final payments can be made in cash directly to the driver before departure.

3. Modifications to Bookings

• Changes to booking details, such as arrival or departure dates, can be requested.
• We will attempt to make the requested modifications; however, if amendments are not possible, the existing booking will be canceled, and a new booking will be created.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refund policies for cancellations vary depending on the services booked. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Cancellation charges, if any, will apply as per the service provider’s policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Ravintours is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or third-party service failures.
• All bookings are made at the customer’s discretion, and Ravintours will not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control.

6. Jurisdiction Clause

• All disputes arising from this agreement or any subsequent agreements will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Ravintours and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited.
